The Customer (hereafter the Customer) is defined as the person identified by the data keyed in at the time of registration and acceptance of conditions outlined on this website.

The service

By using e-commerce the Supplier allows the Customer to browse a virtual shop online and buy items. The Customer can browse the electronic catalogue, see what the Supplier has to offer and make a purchase from the Supplier in accordance with the current conditions of sale. This website is not intended for wholesale or professional purchase, in this case please contact us on info@micheluzziglass.com.

Your right to Privacy

It is possible to browse the website and access all information without being a registered user. To make an online purchase it is necessary to key in the required data. The Customer has all rights regarding his/her personal data as governed by the law D.lgs 196/2003 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation effective May 25, 2018. 

The data provided by the Customer for a purchase can be used for various requirements in order to fulfil the order by outside agents operating on our behalf in specific sectors for delivery of the goods, accounting services, tax purposes, data management and market research, and by banks for the management of payments due according to the contract. Any data related to usage of the site through third party applications is for purely internal reference only.

Micheluzzi Glass mailing list only stores subscriber's names and emails with the subscriber's permission. The mailing list is used solely for our newsletters and connected events.

Personal data which the Client would like to amend or delete can be done so via the account settings on the online shop or by writing to us at info@micheluzziglass.com

The email address supplied by the Customer must be valid so the supplier can send the order and any other communication. 

Limitations of responsibility

The Supplier declines any responsibility for malfunction or suspended service or any deterioration in service caused by force major or accident when it is not due to the Supplier’s own fault or negligence. 

Applicable Law 

For all e-commerce activities on www.micheluzziglass.com the laws of the State of Italy apply. In accordance with articles 1341-1342 C.C. The Customer declares that he/she has read and accepts the clauses and articles of the general conditions of sale on this site www.micheluzziglass.com

Valid Communication

The Customer accepts any notification referring to the online services (including those connected with an order) whether they are made by the Supplier by email or through the Web service and agrees to recognize these as valid and hereby agrees that he/she cannot claim that he/she did not know about such communication sent in electronic form.
