Shipping costs are generated during the check-out process. Once the payment has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Another email will inform you when the order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number for the shipment. Orders are shipped within 4-10 business days from our studio in Venice, Italy.
Shipping time depends on destination location and courier. We ship with Fed-Ex.
We will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods. The price (always in Euro) considered valid is, always and only, the one shown by the purchase procedure at the time of placing the order. Any additional charges for customs clearance are paid by the customer. We cannot cancel orders on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Delays and Damages
The Supplier is not responsible for any delays due to impediments for delivery including international customs clearance, weather conditions, or other situations in which the courier is unable to deliver. If the Client does not permit the final delivery attempt, all import duties, the return shipping fees, a second shipping or reschedule fee will be the responsibility of the Client. The Supplier is also not responsible for damages due to any event once the package has been consigned by the Supplier to the courier. We recommend that any packages arriving that are evidently externally damaged should be immediately pointed out to the courier and photographed. The Client should ask the courier to advise of the correct procedure to follow in such cases according to the courier’s policies for damaged packages. Please also inform the Supplier at email@example.com immediately, and at most within 24/48 hours of receipt of the goods inclusive of photographic documentation.
