Micheluzzi Glass for The Venice Glass Week 2025

Micheluzzi Glass for The Venice Glass Week 2025

On the occasion of The Venice Glass Week 2025, Micheluzzi Gallery presents a dual project that intertwines generations and visions: Glass Waves, the new collection by Micheluzzi Glass, and Architectural Matter, a selection of iconic works by Massimo Micheluzzi. Two distinct installations, yet connected by a common theme: glass as a living material, in constant dialogue between transformation and memory.

Inside the gallery, Glass Waves takes shape: a presentation of new unique pieces by Micheluzzi Glass that celebrate the vitality of glass and its deep bond with Venice. Fluid forms, vibrant surfaces, and grooves impressed while hot recall the movements and reflections of the lagoon, capturing its ever-changing essence. Each vase, hand-blown and hand-shaped, embodies a balance between control and experimentation, enhancing the organic nature of glass. The chromatic palette, Amber, Ocean, and Crystal, echoes the liquid colors of the Venetian landscape, a constant source of inspiration for Elena and Margherita Micheluzzi.

In the gallery window, the spotlight shifts to Architectural Matter, a selection of sculptures by Massimo Micheluzzi: towers, prisms, and monolithic volumes in black and clear glass, essential and powerful in form. Suspended between primordial archetypes and futuristic visions, these works evoke landscapes poised between nature and architecture.

With this dual presentation, Micheluzzi Gallery reaffirms itself as a reference point for contemporary glass in Venice: a place where tradition and experimentation converge, giving rise to new and universal languages.
