Returns and right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union and buy as a consumer, that is, for purposes outside your professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, tell us your decision with a clear statement, for example by email to info@micheluzziglass.com, within 14 days of receiving the goods. After that, return the product within 14 days: intact, unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by you. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipment, because the goods travel at your risk until we receive them.

We refund the price paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your communication, using the same payment method as for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you have sent them. You are liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Purchases from outside the European Union. The right of withdrawal under European law does not apply. You can send return requests to info@micheluzziglass.com and we will assess them case by case. Duties, taxes and other charges paid on import remain your responsibility and are not refunded by us.

Defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives defective or is not what you ordered, write to us at info@micheluzziglass.com with photos. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity: we are responsible for defects that exist at delivery and appear within 2 years of delivery. Please tell us promptly after you discover the defect. We will repair or replace the item or, where this is not possible, refund you.
